NGO LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
17-21 September 2023 | Lublin, Poland
Since the 24th of February, the start date of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainian NGOs are facing a number of new challenges answering needs which never should have appeared.
The 2023 NGO Leadership Workshop is dedicated only to leaders of Ukrainian NGOs and it is designed to allow them to strengthen in multiple ways. During the selection process priority will be given to leaders of organisations which:
- work in communities which have accepted a significant number of IDPs and the NGO is working on addressing their needs or social cohesion in this community;
- were relocated (as organization) to a different region of Ukraine due to military activities;
- work near the frontline or for and with liberated (deoccupied) communities.
If you are a leader of a Ukrainian NGO and want to take part in this event, apply for the NGO Leadership Workshop and join us!
The objective of the Workshop is to empower selected civil society representatives to strengthen their capacities in well-being, resilience building, avoiding burnout, strategic planning in crisis and working with people with PTSD. In addition, the Workshop will be an opportunity to network and share good practices.
